When the animals get back from trying to look for Alex, they stop and here the boat. When they're talking, gray clouds rush by really fast. Then when they get to the scene where they try to flag down the boat, they cloud looks perfectly blue with white clouds.

Go to Crack-The-Code and enter "SUSHI". Now you can play the game starring the 3 penguins.

Technical Reel
From the [Main Menu] highlight the [Special Features]. Press the [Down] arrow key on your remote and a couple of penguins will appear on top of the crates. Press [Enter] and you will see the Technical Reel for the film.
