Press A + B to dodge, then press Down(2) during a match.

Fight as Shiki Granted by DayleJ
Highlight the "Random Select" icon at the character selection screen and press Up(2), Down(2), Up, Down(2). Shiki will appear above the "Random Select" icon.

Fight as Zankuro Granted by DayleJ
Highlight the "Random Select" icon at the character selection screen and press Down(2), Up(2), Down, Up(2) . Zankuro will appear below the "Random Select" icon.

Getting your weapon back Granted by DayleJ
Go next to your weapon, then press A. Note: Your fighter will be prone to attack while retrieving the weapon.

Lose round Granted by DayleJ
Press A + B to dodge, then press Up(2) during a match. Note: your power gauge will be filled when the next round begins.
